In addition to the job description for the position, applicants must have good, verifiable work experience in the skill areas listed over a continuous period. Individuals must be self-motivated, capable of producing quality work, completing work in minimal time, and must have the ability to interact with the public in an upbeat style. Applicants must have a history of good attendance, a positive attitude, quality work ethics, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. A valid driver’s license with a record acceptable to our insurance company is required. All employees are required to have a home or cell phone.

  • Employee medical, dental, & vision insurance which 85% paid by the employer
  • Life Insurance fully paid by the employer
  • 401(a) Retirement system with an employer contribution of 7.5% and minimum employee contribution of 5.5%
  • Minimum of Thirteen paid holidays per year
  • PTO is earned beginning with 10 days the first year through the fifth year, 15 days the sixth through the tenth year, and increases to a maximum of 25 days after 20 years of employment
